حاولت اصلاح المرفقات تخرج لي هذة الرسالة ما الحل

المشكلة ان المرفقات بعد الترقية تنزل على الاجهزة بأسماء غريبة ولكن يصعب فتحها بالوورد مثلا
مثل
ط§ظ„ط®ط·ط© ط§ظ„ط§ط³ط¨ظˆط¹ظٹط©.doc





واذا وصلت للمرفقات المدارة من لوحةالتحكم تخرج الرسالة الى فوق
