The hosting accounts are backed up automatically every day, however if you require us to restore your hosting account there is a $150 fee. We recommend that you keep your own backup and only use our backup in an emergency. You may backup your content through FTP.
To download from your hosting space, you can use any third party FTP program or any development tools with an included FTP utility. Please use the following information to connect to your site:
Host Name: [url=http://yourdomain.com]yourdomain.com[/url]
Username: your Hosting Login that you created when setting up the hosting account.
Password: your Hosting Password that you created when setting up the hosting account.
Please note that both your hosting login and password are cAsE sEnSiTiVe.
If you are publishing with MS FrontPage, the address to publish to is: "http://www.yourdomain.com".
Any other fields (such as a starting directory) are not necessary. Leave any other fields blank or set to their default. If you are receiving errors for a bad user name/password, please verify that you have typed them correctly. For security reasons, it is not possible to confirm your hosting password. However, you can view your Hosting Login and reset the password from within your Go Daddy account with the directions below:
First, you will need to login to your customer account:
• Click here to get to our homepage and enter your customer number or user name and your password. Click on "GO!" to be taken into the account.
If you have trouble logging in, our Account Retrieval System may help you. You can use this to retrieve your customer number and/or reset your customer account password. You can find this system by selecting 'Forgot Your Password?' on the 'Go!' dropdown list.
Once logged into your customer account, follow the directions below:
• Select 'Hosting' under the 'My Products' section.
• Click the 'Open' link under the Control panel heading for the hosting account you wish to manage.
• Click the 'Account Login' button under the Settings heading.
• The Username will appear in the upper right hand corner of the page.
• Enter the new password and confirm it in the appropriate fields.
• Click the 'Update' button.

استخدمت سكريبت الانصار MyTar ولكن لم يعمل حيث اشير في موقعهم أنه يتم تحديثه لأنه قديم لكي يتوافق مع السيرفرات الجديدة
