Thanks for the advice but my computer is new plus we are 2 users on the sme computer. the other user does not have this problem.
about the splitter I am rather new in this aspect but I know that I have two outlets from the computer so I can plug the headphone and speakers at the same time.Does that mean that I have the splitter.
