أين الخطأ في هذا الملف .htaccess

السلام عليكم

أحاول اضيف مود ريرايت إلى ملف .htaccess
حيث إنه يحتوي على إعدادات vbseo مسبقا.

عندي سكربت آخر و لديه إعداداته الخاصة و يستخدم RewriteBase خاص به و لكنه لا يعمل

اتمنى تحليل الأوامر و تحديد الخلل
