As previously communicated, Layered Technologies (LT) would give you 24 hours
notification prior to your server being offline from 15 minutes and up to 1
hour. As you may recall, the purpose of upgrading LTs data center
infrastructure is to greatly enhance the speed of reboots for you. Layered
Technologies suggest that you take the time to backup your system on your host
to ensure that we remove any possibility of data lost. Hopefully, frequent
backups are already part of your operational process and that doing this will
not inconvenience your organization.
