أخواني الكرام أتمنى أن تساعدوني في هذه المشكلة حيث أن لدي موقع مستضاف عند إحدى الشركات ولوحة تحكم الموقع Cpanel وأود أن أنشئ CNAME Record لأنني أريد إستخدامها في عمل صفحة خاصة للدخول لبريد Gmail الذي أستضيف إيميلاتي لديه .. ولكني لم أفهم الطريقة وهذه الخطوات :

There are two reasons to create a CNAME record when using Google Apps:

Verifying domain ownership
Customizing a URL
If you're verifying ownership of your domain, you'll use the random string provided in the control panel to create a CNAME record that points to google.com.
To set up a custom URL with Google Apps, you’ll need to pick an address at your domain (e.g. pages.my_domain.com), and create a corresponding CNAME record that points to ghs.google.com.


Other Domain Hosts

The steps to configure CNAME records depend on your hosting service and domain registrar, but you can use the following information as a general guide:

Log in to your hosting account, and go to the DNS management page.
CNAME records may be in sections such as DNS Management or Name Server Management. It's possible that you will have to enable advanced settings to create a CNAME record.
Delete existing CNAME entries for the alias in your Google Apps control panel.
For example: If you are creating a CNAME record for 'mail,' be sure to delete any existing CNAME records for 'mail.'
Use the information in the following table when you create your CNAME record.
Host Name/Alias
Value/Destination

Custom URL: pages ghs.google.com
Verification: googlefffggghhh12345 (your unique string) google.com

Your CNAME record is now configured to point to Google. Keep in mind that changes to your DNS settings may take up to 48 hours to propagate throughout the Internet. [/LEFT]

ولكني لم أفهم الطريقة فمن يشرح لي الطريقة الله يجزاه خير .

شكراً لك على الرد .. لكن هل الحقل الإضافي للـ DNS يكون عند المستضيف أو في الدومين ؟؟!

إلا اذا كان الموقع مستضاف من قبل شركه النطاقات

كلمت المستضيف وقال إنه يتم إنشاء CNAME Records من لوحة التحكم الدومين وليس من المستضيف ... فما الحل؟؟!

نريد الشرح الوافي للخاصية CNAME Record وما وظيفتها ، مع شكري وتقديري لكم ..

أخي الكريم الموضوع لا علاقة له بالدومين اطلاقا
الموضوع كله بيد مستضيفك


اما عن طريقة عمل ذلك للمستضيفين فهي كالتالي: (برجاء الحذر عن محاولة تعديل مثل هذه الخيارات وكتابة القيم الأصلية لامكانية التراجع في حالة الخطأ)
1- ادخل للوحة تحكم WHM ثم اختر "DNS Functions" ثم "Edit DNS Zone" ثم اختر الدومين الذي تريد التعديل في CName له واضغط "edit" (الصورة 1)
2- عدل في المدخلات كما تريد (في حالتك انت تريد تعديل فقط mail ليتنساب مع سيرفرات جوجل) (الصورة 2)
