اخواني سبحان الله عجبت لحال هالشركة

حجزت منهم استضافة وضيعت الايميل اللي حجزت عليه الاستضافة

ورجعت مره ثانية وحجزت وضموها لنفس الاستضافة الاولي على الايميل القديم

رجعت وراسلتهم وغيروا الايميل على ايميل الثاني واشتغلت

حذفت حساباتي باللغط عنهم تعرفون غشيم وجديده علي طريقتهم

ارسلوا لي اذا فيه غلط اراسلهم واقولهم ويرجعونها لي

رجعت وارسلت لهم وقالوا لي ان مالهم دخل لازم ارجع احجز من جديد حسابات عندهم وادفع فلوسها من جديد

وش الحل وش رايكم



ملاحظه : بكتب لكم كل الرسايل اللي صارت بيني وبينهم

اخر رسالة وصلت لي يوم قلت لهم رجعوا لي الفلوس ولا الاستضافة

بدون ترجمة حرفيه لكل الي موجود ابي اعطيك المهم :
1) يطلب تاكيد لحسابك عندهم ويبغى يتأكد من الحساب ( تشييك طبييعي ) علشان كذا سالك عن اخر 4 ارقام في بطاقتك الائتمانية الي عندهم ( الي تستخدمها ) ووضع لك الطريقة الي ممكن تشوف معلومات بطاقتك فيها .

2) طلب منك تعطيه قائمة بالاشياء الي انت تبي تسترجع فلوسك مقابلها .

3) يقول لك ، بعد ماتسوي الي فوق راح يسوي لك طلب استرجاع للمبالغ الي دفعتها ، لكن يذكر انه هذا مايعني انه راح يرجعون لك المبالغ لانه لازم يوافق قسم المبيعات اول ، ويقول لك في كل الاحوال راح نبلغك بالايميل سواء وافقنا والا لا .

المشكله انا ابي استرجع الاكونتات بس مابي شي مابي بكب ولا ملفات

المشكله واحد منهم جديد ماله اسبوع ومحجوز لمدة شهرين

والله قهر يقلون ارجع اشتر الاكونت مره ثانية
