well if you dont want much support on your server then they are real good with the price they give you. which means you have to manage your server your self and in that case you only need a reboot which they do it between 3 to 15 min that is even better than server matrix for us. yes we have several servers with them and we have some for our clients, what i would advice you is to get a one time free second hard drive for you backup, hosting with no backups means you take real risk. we do resell fully managed servers for managed..com , servermatrix , Gnax but for most clients we found they like the price of managed.com better for one good reason managed they use real good hardware as well. but at the end it is just up to you to see where to go. managed support work from 9 am to 6 pm monday to friday so you need to know about that, but for reboots they have 24/7 they even used to do OS restor for free and still they are doing that for some old resellers with the. to be honest here for the last 5 months or so we started taking some servers with them we never had any problem that we did need any support from them, but again this us we know how to manage our servers this is why we dont need any support insted when ever we sent any support ticket we got a fast answer on it. regards
