لو تلاحظ ان السيرفر لا يعمل فهل فى هذه الحالة انا المفروض اروح هناك واصلحه بما انه غير مدار
ثانيا قال لى السيرفر يحتاج كذا وكذا وسيتكلف كذا عندما فاض بيا الكيل قلت له حدفع بس صلحوه
ولا لاقيت فاتورة اتعملت ولا السيرفر اتصلح الا بعد طلوع الروح

we would like you to know that your server has basic management plan, which does not include almost no admin job to be done or file movment or data recovery, we do understand that you have a problem but the same time we can't do things which are not part of our responsibility.
our TOS does not cover any data recovery at all.
there is no way to move your files to the backup account with out a working OS on the server, and complicating the job will result on more charges. we did our best to get the server back to you with no OS restore and we did not charge for the 7 hours admin job that we had a tech working on your server trying to avoide you any charges.
this is a standard that applies any where.
now for your case we will do the work for you as soon as our hardware tech reachs the DC early morning.

وليس سؤالك ماهى المشكلة او من اين نبدا البحث عنها

Restoring your data is going to take some time this is not a backup restore option that we have to do it at one time, we are having a tech working on your server to do manual restore to the server, we really dont know how new this subject will be for you but this would take some real time to copy all the old config to the new server with all the files and give them correct permissions change the ownership of the files and folders is a real hug job to be done it is unlike having a good backup which wont take more than 12 hours for 30 GB to restore.
all this regardless of your db files that we dont want them to get corrapt, a highend tech is assinged to your server which really cost us as well but we are doing this since we know you have a problem.
so all we request here that you bare with us untill we finish every thing for you since we are not leaving you in the darkness there.
sorry that such thing cant be done faster it is some thing that no one can do it faster than this, just no one.
