Developer:

We are looking for a VERY experienced long-term PHP/MySQL/JS/AJAX developer and who will be able to maintain and create new projects for web 2.0 start-up company in Kuwait.

Requirements
- Previous work experience as a developer, with references
- Looking for Long Term employment
- Modifying existing code with new features available in current and future deployments of PHP/MySQL
- Efficiently handles tasks in a reasonable amount of time
- Creative mind to develop innovative and unique solutions to complex problems

Skills/Qualifications
- PHP - 3+ years experience advanced level
- MySQL - 3+ years experience, advanced level
- Standards-compliant XHTML/CSS layout guru
- Thorough understanding of object oriented programming/principles (OOP)
- Minimum 3+ years of Javascript experience (minimum 3 months AJAX-specific)
- Minimum 1+ years practical experience with AJAX/DOM
- Strong object-oriented analysis background
- Extremely detail oriented and organized, documents code thoroughly and uses QA principles
- Create large scale web applications to handle heavy user loads
- Trustworthy, reliable, honest and very conscious of overall security.
- Very quick learner and able to work with LEGACY code
- Meet deadlines
- Fluent written English skills and communication is a MUST.
- Likes challenges, thinks like entrepreneur, is passionate, knows something about developing Web 2.0 type sites
