جددت دومين في godaddy وأريد مسح بيانات فيزتي من نفس الحساب ..!!

جددت دومين في godaddy وأريد مسح بيانات فيزتي من نفس الحساب ..
ماهي الطريقة .
علما الدومين ليس لي ..

قمت اعفس يمين وشمال ولغتي ضعيفة

To Recover Expired Domains

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
3. From the Domains menu, select Recover Expired Domains.
4. Using the checkboxes, select the domains you want to recover.
5. Click Recover.
6. Select the renewal length for the domain, and then click Next.
NOTE: Renewal lengths for multiple domains can vary depending on maximum renewal lengths allowed by the domain registry.
7. (Optional) Using the checkboxes, select the Registration Options and Web Site Options you want to apply to your domains.

لاادري ماذا يطلبون ؟؟

فهمت يقولون لاتسوي شيء ولاداعي للدفع ..

ماهو العمل الان حسب كلامهم ؟؟

خلاص لمن تعمل Recover بغض النضر عن المطلوب أعمل check out process
طبعاً خطوات Recover ذاكرينها لك بالرسائل , وخلال يومين بيكون الدومين بحسابك.

حسب اخر رساله نسختها انت منهم ذاكرين لك انك لما تطلب عمل Recover للنطاق واصل الخطوات حتى تجيك قائمه منسدله اختر منها "No Years"
وراح تسترجع النطاق خلال حول 24 ساعه اذا تمت العمليه بشكل صحيح دون الحاجه لدفع مبلغ

اذا ماضبطت هالطريقه فالحل اللي اشوفه انك تدفع المبلغ ورسوم الاسترجاع حتى يرجع النطاق لحسابك, هذي غلطتك ولازم تتحملها
الا اذا كان النطاق مو مهم بالنسبه لك تقدر تنتظر 2 - 3 شهور لحد مايطيح النطاق واما تقنصه أو تسجله يدوي اذا كان حضك حلو وماسجله احد قبلك

رد على رسالة الدعم الفني اللي قالك انها مجاناً وقله ان النظام طلب منك دفع مبلغ 80$ وشف كيف ممكن يساعدك

راسلت الدعم اخي انور وهذا ردهم شركة تعبانة والله

شركة قودادي تعيسة والله

شوفوا وش يقولون المشكلة عند اتباع الخطوات نظامهم يقولون تدفع 80$ وهو يقولون بدون رسوم أسترداد.
