I need supplier to install and set up PCs onboard vessels in Harbours of
Jeddah . Job is 1 (or 2) IT technician for 1
day. Frequency is 1 job by
month.

Description of the Services :

- Include all computer interventions on board vessel in
harbours of Jeddah , the computer tasks to be
made are described in the
intervention request for each vessel and for each intervention. (call TDL
or To Do List) they are declined in tasks of installation or fixing
material, software or operating system. (Windows type)
- Capability to made those interventions any days a week (included
week-end and national holiday) at any hours (24h/24).
- Supply, on request in To Do List, of computer equipment for the
crew.
- Storage of computer equipment, follow up of maintenance
request to the supplier for the computer equipment stored in your office

Main skills necessary for the execution of the Services :

- English spoken and written,
- Good knowledge of Windows operating system, especially Windows XP,
- Good knowledge of the following tools : Bart Pe and Norton Ghost,
- Good knowledge of hardware configuration: computer, screen, modem,
hub and other computer's devices.
- Good knowledge of Windows Workgroup and Tcp/ip protocol
configuration.
