اريد كود الصفحة المتحرك من الأسفل الى الأعلى

لكي اطرح مشكلاتي واقوم بالمشاركة معكم ايضا ً
اخوتي الأعزاء لدي طلب واتمنى ان اجده لديكم
اريد كود الصفحة المتحركة من الاسفل الى الاعلى
علما ً بإني حصلت كود ولكن لا اعرف كيفية وضع الروابط فيه
مثال على الكود الذي اريده

اريد هذا الكود المتحرك وعندما اقوم بمقاربة الماوس اليه يقف او تقف الصفحه
