مطلوب عاجل جدا لو سمحتوا شريط أخبار بهذا الكود

في موقع ايلاف .. هناك شريط أخبار في أعلى الصفحة
اسمه ( في إيلاف اليوم ) .
الشريط يعرض الأخبار بطريقة الليزر او ما يشبه ذلك
أرجو الإفادة في الحصول على الكود بأسرع وقت ولكم كل الشكر
