لدي مشكلة مع شركة سوفت لير
وهي انني تاخرت بدفع الرسوم الشهرية للسيرفر .. وعند اخر يوم للسداد .. سددت المبلغ كامل مع رسوم التاخير ..
وعند طلب استرجاع تشغيل السيرفر
افادوني بان السيرفر كنسل والدفع لم يسجل لديهم .. والان موافعي ذهبت والمبلغ ذهب ؟؟
وهذه محادثة الشركة معي بالدعم الفني عن طريق شات موقع الشركة
