حجزت دومين لمدة عشر سنوات عن طريق مستضيف سابق ودفعت له المبلغ بالكامل (مبلغ الدومين ) والمعلومات توكد ان الدومين تم حجزه لمدة عشر سنوات والبيانات الموجودة من ارقام الهاتف والبريد الالكتروني لا تزال باسمي كما انني استطيع الدخول الى لوحة التحكم الخاصة بالدومين وتغيير جميع الخصائص الموجودة به واهمها DNS لكن في اخر شهر من السنة الاولى لم استطع الدخول الى لوحة التحكم
حاولت استرجاع الرقم السري لكن لم يرسلو اي معلومة الى بريدي الموجود لديهم والخاص بالمالك للدومين وهو لا يزال موجود لديهم
راسلت الشركة http://www.godaddy.com وسالتهم عن المشكلة فاجابو انه يجب ان تزودنا باخر ستة ارقام للبطاقة الائتمانية حتى نعطيك البيانات المطلوبه بالاضافة الى عدة طرق لا اعرفها
يا اخوان شوفولي حل
1-الي حجز لي الدومين عن طريق بطاقته لا اعرفه ولا اعرف اي شي عنه
2- لمذا يطلبون ارقام البطاقة مع ان المبلغ مدفوع بالكامل لمدة عشر سنوات

Hello,
I am unable to provide you with your login information. To reset your login information, you will need to access the following url:
