1. Extract and Upload the content of this zip file to your web server
and keep the directory structure. There should be 2 files and 5 directories.
admin.php and index.php along with "cache" "data", "images", "includes", and "templates".

2. Create a directory on your webserver where you want the uploaded images to go into.
Chmod this directory to 0777. If this does not work, try 0755 or 0666.

3. Go into the directory "data" and chmod the three files (users.db, settings.db, log.db)
in there to either 0777, 0755, or 0666, preferably 0777. The .htaccess file in this
directory is to protect the public from accessing these files.

4. CHMOD the directory "cache" as you have with the directory "data"

5. Go to your browser and type in the address to admin.php that is on your server

6. Enter admin with the default password. Change it right away. Go into the "settings"
section and edit your settings. Click save and check to make sure everything is working
by running the uploader (index.php) and register yourself, upload a file, look around.
