Hello,
As we was researching the last few days about the TCP Problem Report error msg that appears to some of our clients when they are trying to reach their sites hosted with us, we found out this problem happens only to the clients in the country of Saudia Arabia, we've rechecked again and nothing was in our end, yesterday we contacted the ISU (http://www.isu.net.sa) about this problem and we listed to them few of the sites that is hosted with us, and here was their reply

Hi again,
I can confirm again that this site is accessable from here.
Please contact them back, and tell them to contact their ISPs,
maybe when their ISP contact us, we can find the root of this
problem

so this is a note for our clients in the country of suadia arabia, please contact your isp's and let your isps contact the ISU so they can find the root of this problem.
