. Go to the Go Daddy Account Login Page
. Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password

Once logged into your customer account, click the 'My Account' link, and follow the directions below:
. Select 'Hosting Account List' from the 'Hosting & Email' menu.
. Click on the hosting account name
. On the right-hand side, a box will open with Hosting Account Details, you can look up your Hosting Login.
To reset your Hosting (FTP) Password please follow the steps below:
Once logged into your customer account, follow the directions below:
. Select 'Web Hosting & Databases' from the 'Hosting & Email' menu at the top of the page.
. Click the 'Open' link under the Control panel heading for the hosting account you wish to manage.
. Click the 'Account Login' button under the Settings heading.
. Enter the new password and confirm it in the appropriate fields.
. Click the 'Update' button.
