كيف يمكن استخدام اوت لوك في شبكة محلية اي شبكة مكتب كي يتراسل الموظفين .؟

وكيف يمكن ان يوزع عليهم ايميلاتهم القادمة في حال كان الجميع لهم اسم على موقع الشركة الرئيسية .؟

Well, the first thing you need to do is to install Microsoft Exchange on the the server or on a nother new server for e-mail only - e-mail server - once u finish installing it correctly 90% of thr process is done. after that you have to creat account for every member on your network. If you wish you can let them get their e-mail even from outside through normal dialup.

The second part, all members should use outlook to send and recieve e-mail the most important thing to do is to configure the outlook correctly specially pop and smtp for both use the ip that you assigned for the mail server. That's all and if you need further information just meet me on the messenger.
