مشكلة في الـ TABELS

السلام عليكم
لدي مشكلة في ترتيب الجداول كما يلي:

حاولت عدو مرات لكن لم انجح في تعديل الكود

التقطيع اساسا غلط يا اخى اعتقد هو السبب و الله اعلم

ارفق لى ملف الpsd و ساحاول ان اقوم به
