عميل عندي من الامارات

ويستخدم اتصال الدايل اب احيانا يكون موقعه شغال واحيانا يعطيه هذه الرساله

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله,
الاخ الفاضل,
هذه المشكله من المتوقع ان تكون بسبب عدم تمام تفعيل الدى ان اس للموقع وفى نفس الوقت عدم وجوده على السيرفر القديم بسبب حذفه هذا فى حاله إذا كان العميل قد قام بالنقل الى سيرفرك حديثاً,
او قد تكون بسبب إحتياج الاباتشى على سيرفرك لإعادة التشغيل بين الوقت والآخر,
او قد تكون بسبب ضعف الاتصال فى الشركه المتصل معها عميلك,
فى وقت حدوث هذه المشكله اطلب من عميلك عمل بينج على موقعه وموافاتك بالاى بى الذى ظهر والذى من المفتروض ان يكون الاى بى الخاص بسيرفرك,
طريقه تنفيذ البينج Ping
إبدأ ,,, run ,,, ثم قم بكتابة
ping -t nasooma.net
إذا اغلقت الشاشه دون ظهور اى شىء فهذا من المتوقع ان يكون بسبب عدم تمكنه من الاتصال بالسيرفر سواء لسقوط السيرفر او لعدم وجود إتصال لديه,

الموقع له حوالي سنه من يوم نقل عندي

الموقع متعارض مع اتصاله فقط اما الغير كلم تمام مافي اي مشكله

وغير كدا انت تقول انو اتصالو دايل اب
يعني خليه يجرب من اتصال تاني حتحصله يدخل بدون مشاكل
