القصة من أولها:
رسلت لـ venturesonline أريد منهم إيقاف حسابي نهاية الشهر..
والآن لما اتيت لأنقل الموقع حاولت الدخول للـ SSH فلم يقبل.. ورأيت ان الخطة الموجودة يوجد بها دعم SSH وكان يدخل من قبل
ولما رسلت لهم ليش ما اقدر ادخل على SSH .. قالوا لي انه يجب قبل تشغيل الـ SSH اني ارسل لهم صورة من البطاقة الشخصية لهم
وهذا الرد على رسالتي:

Because of potential for abuse, we require ID verification before we enable shell
access. To verify your ID, please do one of the following:
a. Scan your ID and email the image to support@venturesonline.com
b. Fax a photocopy of your ID to +1(720)279-2099
Suitable IDs are driver's licenses, passports or other government-issued ID.
Once we have your ID on file we will activate your shell access.
ماذا يريدون من بطاقتي الشخصية؟؟؟
